Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AIforASMR, including our website, AI video generation tools, templates, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

By using AIforASMR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share accounts in a way that violates plan limits, payment terms, or platform security rules.

AIforASMR provides tools for generating and managing AI-assisted ASMR and related video content. Features may include prompt-based generation, image-guided generation, templates, task history, previews, and billing workflows.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

Credits, Pricing, and Subscriptions

Some features require paid credits, paid plans, or subscriptions.

Pricing, credits, and included usage may change over time
Taxes and fees may apply where required
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method
If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation

Credits, plans, or feature access may have additional usage rules shown at checkout or in-product.

Refunds

Our refund practices are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Except where required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for:

Used credits
Completed generation tasks
Partial subscription periods already delivered
Issues caused by unsupported inputs, policy violations, or third-party outages outside our reasonable control

User Content and Permissions

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and other user-provided content. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority needed to submit and use that content.

You must not upload or submit content that:

Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Violates law or regulation
Contains prohibited or abusive material
Misuses another person's identity, likeness, or confidential information

AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, inconsistent, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

AIforASMR does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific legal, commercial, or creative purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service beyond permitted use
Bypass quotas, access controls, pricing controls, or security measures
Use automated methods to abuse the platform
Interfere with system stability or other users
Use AIforASMR for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or policy-violating activity

You must also follow our Content Policy.

Intellectual Property

AIforASMR and its software, branding, design, workflows, documentation, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our intellectual property to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel tasks, limit features, or refuse service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, our policies, the law, or platform security requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations accrued before termination.

Disclaimers

AIforASMR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability unless such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIforASMR and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to AIforASMR for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
