Overview

This Content Policy explains what types of content may not be created, uploaded, requested, generated, or distributed through AIforASMR.

AIforASMR is intended for lawful, responsible creation of AI-generated ASMR and related video content. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, references, outputs, and downstream use.

General Rule

Do not use AIforASMR to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

Prohibited Content

You may not use AIforASMR for content involving:

Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation

Any sexualized content involving minors, apparent minors, or age-ambiguous individuals is strictly prohibited.

Non-Consensual Sexual Content

This includes sexual exploitation, intimate imagery without consent, coercive sexual content, or content designed to harass or extort.

Extreme Violence or Gore

Do not generate or upload content focused on graphic injury, mutilation, torture, or explicit gore.

Self-Harm or Suicide Promotion

Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other dangerous behaviors is prohibited.

Hate, Harassment, or Abuse

Do not create content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, promotes hate, or encourages harassment, humiliation, or abuse.

Illegal Activity

You may not use AIforASMR to support scams, fraud, impersonation, violent wrongdoing, illegal drugs, illegal weapons activity, or other unlawful conduct.

Intellectual Property Violations

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

Deceptive or Misleading Content

Do not use AIforASMR to create false endorsements, fake evidence, malicious impersonations, or materially misleading synthetic media.

Malware, Abuse, or Platform Attacks

Do not use the service to probe, attack, exploit, or disrupt systems, users, or connected services.

Sensitive or Restricted Uses

Certain content may require heightened caution or may be restricted entirely, including:

Real-person likenesses
Public figures
Medical, legal, or emergency scenarios
Political persuasion or deceptive civic content
Content involving minors in any sensitive context

We may restrict, reject, remove, or review such content at our discretion.

You must only upload images, prompts, reference materials, and other assets that you are legally permitted to use. You are responsible for confirming that your materials do not violate the law, contracts, confidentiality duties, or third-party rights.
