Overview
This Refund Policy explains how AIforASMR handles refunds for credits, subscriptions, and related digital purchases.
Because AIforASMR provides digital services, AI generation access, and immediately consumable credits or usage, refunds are generally limited once value has been delivered.
General Rule
Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable after credits, subscription access, or generation services have been provided.
When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Credits that have already been used in whole or in part
- Completed or successfully processed generation tasks
- Subscription periods that have already started and delivered access
- Dissatisfaction with creative style, subjective output quality, or model behavior alone
- Incompatibility caused by your own prompt choices, uploads, unsupported content, or policy violations
- Temporary third-party service degradation outside our reasonable control after service value has already been delivered
When We May Consider a Refund
At our discretion, we may consider a partial or full refund in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Material billing errors
- Clear technical failure where paid usage was deducted but the purchased value was not meaningfully delivered
- Unauthorized payment that is verified by our review process
Approval is not guaranteed, and we may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend related credits, subscriptions, outputs, or account access while the matter is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive dispute activity may result in permanent account restrictions.
Subscriptions
If your plan renews automatically, you are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want the next billing cycle to begin.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or specifically approved by us.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe you qualify for a refund review, please contact us through the email entry shown in the website footer and include enough detail for us to identify the account and transaction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of AIforASMR after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
